Y-Zone Business Hub

Find your own path to entrepreneurship

Have a business idea? Would you like to try entrepreneurship or develop an existing business?

You may already have an idea or a business you want to develop, or you may just be exploring whether entrepreneurship could be right for you. You don’t need a fully developed business idea or your own company to get started. All you need is an interest in entrepreneurship.

For international students, completing CAMP Noste is required before joining the Y-zone Business Hub. CAMP Noste helps you understand entrepreneurship and the business environment in Finland before you start developing your business further in the Y-zone Business Hub.

At Y-zone, you can explore entrepreneurship, develop your ideas and build your own business. Y-zone also offers sparring and connections to business experts and entrepreneurial networks. You can also develop your business as part of your studies and earn ECTS credits.

Y-Zone offers different ways to get started and move forward

• Try entrepreneurship safely in practice – SeAMK Cooperative.
• Explore entrepreneurship in Finland and understand what it takes to build a realistic business here – CAMP Noste.
• Develop your own business as part of your studies and earn ECTS credits along the way – Y-zone Business Hub, you are here :-D.
• Develop and test wellbeing solutions in practice – SEAMK Wellbeing Labs(Opens in a new window).

Y-zone is the hub of student entrepreneurship at SEAMK, a community and meeting place for students interested in entrepreneurship.
